Chrono Cross Disk Swap

I'm new here and new to psx emulation on the psp as well. I've been playing Chrono Cross now and I am already at the point where you need to swap disk. How do I do that? Thank you in advance.

Where can I find that? Also, will my game save still work?

Simply made them both have same gameid, saveid and picture and they work fine.
