R4 Loading Problem.

I have a r4 and a micro sdhc 4gb with the need file so i put in my ds and it get stuck on the loading screen at the begining, any help?
B.T.W i also try with my micro sd 512mb and it has tghe same problem

The R4 supports 2 GB cards max. Your 4 GB card will not work at all.

The 512 MB one concerns me though. Are the firmware files copied over to the card correctly?

Where did you get your R4 DS? There is a high chance you got scammed by a fake R4DS.

The 4GB will not work regardless (if it works, then you got scammed with a fake R4 DS)

Tryout the 512 MB microSD, load it up with the latest firmware. Download it from www.r4ds.com

If it still stuck on the loading screen, then your R4 DS is either defected or that your R4 DS is fake. Its probably a N5 chip with a R4 outer shell.

Probably you got an old R4DS, just try a MicroSD 1GB no-HC on it, if it works, you got the old model, and not the SDHC one. Old mdopel works until 2GB no-HC.
