psplim w/ tv output cable wont work

hi, i bought a charger movie dock with remote control(no built in speakers), everything is working apart fro the volume,i cant adjust the level , all i can see on the screen is the volume icon with out the "IIIIIIIIII" I also tried the tv output cable and its still thesame., but if i only using the phone jack it works. ps. Im running 3.90-3 m33 thanks

is the volume icon crossed? maybe you're in mute mode

hi no, I can see the icon but no bars appear if using the docking staion or the d-terminal cable,but no problem if only using the phone jack .
