ok i've basically got it nutted out on how to make an evox trainer it works sort of simular to the action replay but you have to do all the hard work in finding adresses and cross referencing them to a disassembler to get them to freeze and such but essentially works the same way as a action replay used to so i was wondering if anyone out there is going to make a action replay sort of thingy for the xbox even if it works through your pc through ftp i'm sure all those super gurus and boffins out there could do it or is it already in the works
or is it just not possible i don't know thats why i am asking
any info would be nice thanx guys

I must admit I've wondered the same thing as well.
The action replay for the Box is nothing like what is available for the PS2 and Cube. It just looks like it allows you to just load save game

thats what i hate about the xbox version
c'mon guys, I work my butt off to make cool saves for Xbox AR owners...... some of them let you cheat like it was a code based system, but not all..... I do my best though.

Sorry FNG, Nobody is saying that you don't work hard and it's appreciated all the time and effort that goes into making the saves, but when your used to what the AR is like on the PS2 it doesn't feel right on the Xbox.
I hear ya.... I've still got my fingers crossd that our engineers can find a legal way of getting a disc to boot. :)

I've been thinking about this for a while now and we do indeed need a program to run on the PC so that we can poke addresses while the game is accually running this would solve alot of problems I'm having and I think it would just be alot nicer. I have some coding skills making PC trainers and simple programs so I'll look into creating something. Any help with this project is more than welcome.

hey darkagent i also have experience in visual basic i got out of programming the stuff i use to because it got old i never made a program for xbox yet but i think we can improve the trainer program i have an idea to where i think we can connect to the game and play while the debugger is on and have the debugger list all addresses when there is a value change im not promising anything but i want to look into this to see if this is possible i think it would help out.
Is there any souce code out there for C/C++ memory scanner and poker for PC? Maybe it would be easier to just convert and modify the program to connect to a PC program which has more functionality.

ok well i just talked to a friend who has been programming longer than me he said we could take like ett and add that in the program to where it does a memory dump automatically when a value changes he 1-16 is a optimal value search so he said it could be done im sure he could help me do this

LOL i know some one that's already doing this with a program that is been out for some time.
And it's simple to use the program to do this, but you must be running the retail XDK bios for this to work.
FNG you prob. know who i'm talking about.
But yeah there are tons of legal stuff involved with this so it's not likely this kinda stuff would be public anytime soon.
But i know it's possible {lol i couldn't do it}.

i wonder why microsoft didnt make the xbox version of AR like the ps2 version

Hi everybody,
Its cool to make a Software (or Hardware?) like the Xploder on the good old Playstation. Plug the Xploder on the PSX, put a Cable on the PC, load the Trainer Software, start a Game and Cheat. No Disassembling or so. For the Xbox load the Software like Gamecube CD and Train on the PC to make Trainer or Cheat so long the Game run.

You can also go another route to cheats for games by simply using the ETT program to find and alter codes that aren't covered by the trainers. This is similar to using a GS/AR/CB device.
I've been doing this with KotOR for a couple of weeks now and there isn't much that I can't dig up. Extra feat/force points, item duplication, stat boosts, etc. Frankly, I'm not sure how to go about making a trainer for these functions since the code tends to run me in circles, so I just find the codes I want on the fly.
If I were into programming, I'd consider making an app similar to ETT with this approach in mind.

Hi all,
is it possible to make a Freeze Option in the Telnet Option when you poke a Adress? To prevent a decrease. I use the ETT v1.1.
