8gb MSPD patch

I notice DA came out with a 8gb MSPD patch.. Can anyone explain to me
1) Is this for the fat or for the slim psp?
2) Where can I get the patch?
3) How to apply the patch?

in 3.80 and above firmwares sony screwed up the memory stick driver which make performance bad so DA made a patch we could flash and have the better driver on latest firmwares.
It's for phatty and slim.
