SNES Emulator not Working

Can't seem to get SNES TYL working on a fat psp with 3.90 m33-3 cfw. I downloaded* the 1.5v2 kernel and installed it but it keeps saying that the game (in this instance: Super Mario All Stars) could not be loaded. I tried checking google but nothing useful came up. Any help is deeply appreciated.

Put Rom in "ROM" folder, or try another rom...

Still not work. I tried Chrono Trigger this time. I also tried the roms unzipped and changed the folder from "ROMS" to "ROM" but it still refuses to work xD. Dang, getting this to work is a pain... SNES games are awesome too >.<

Maybe is a "fake" snes homebrew, try to download it from official site.
