Legend of Dragoon Help

After fighting the water dragon and Lenus, my game is locked on a black screen immediately after i get the exp. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Please please help me.

search the forum for what pops version people used to complete it (what was the latest back then, check the date of the posts etc), there haven't been dragoon posts in a while. So probably it works fine on 3.71 or earlier, do a search.

I had the same problem. Then, solved it using popsloader with 3.30 pops. It worked perfectly.

the way I got past that battle on the psp was to defeat them both without turning into dragoons, its hard but one of the few ways of progressing via psp. That freeze also happens on ps2s' if I remember correctly so its not just you:o

Heh, I was going to mention that. Basically, if you're using a single disk EBOOT, just use pops to go back to 3.30 or whatnot, but if you're using a multi-disk EBOOT, you're stuck with 3.71 pops and up, so you have to not use Dragoons in that battle in order to get past it.

IM HAVING PROBLEMS TO!!!!...
im running 3.90m33-2 so i dont use pops but wen i do it freezes on the openinng...
but since i updated the opening scene works and the veryfirst battle the caommands wont come up :(...
i wanna hurry up and get to the game
any suggestions?????

Get a clean rip of the game maybe?

i did nd it would freeze at the end of the opening cutscene....
ima get a clean rip and downgrade to 3.71m33
hopefully that will work
