Black screen on disc boot

So, I haven't had any problems with loading burned games except for this game:

World Championship Poker All in (Featuring Howard Lederer) (PAL)

I have an ntsc wii and on the main menu, the disc spins and allows me to click start to start loading the game, but after clicking start it just goes to a black screen and doesn't do anything...it doesn't sound like it's spinning either...

Tried playing other games (including pal) and they work...it's just this game.

Reburned at 2.4x no go. I also regionfriied it and brickblocked it, but no go...

Also with Brunswick Pro Bowling.......

My Wii is chipped with D2C.....

what brand of disc are you using? freeloader won't help you

I'm using Memorex DVD+R for my burned games ......

I've been using this kind of disc for all my burned games with no problems...

I know last week when I burned Super Smash Brawl, the Wii asked fo an update and I said yes but everything was normal after that...

I was thinking maybe because of the update that these two games won't play..

These games were downloaded as PAL but I converted them to NTSC using Wiu1.1 and it said the games were already updated.....

I've burned it with & without BrickBlocker on Verbatim at 4x.
I've a JPN console with 3.1J update from MarioKart JPN
Wiikey which I've updated to 1.9s at the same time.

It didn't work with 3.0J or 1.9g so thats why I updated.

Any ideas would be gratefully received. Or is Freeloader my only option left? I got the JPN version the other day but thought it was only for originals.

try freeloader ,it wont cost you nothing , you have nothing to loose

you need to edit the iso before you burn it to change the video modes to JAP. search for trucha and VMC.
