Did you try it?
AFAIK, the booktype must be correct for it to boot in a 360.

Thing is, I can't set the booktype on my DVD burner because there wasn't an option to, tried DVDINFOPRO and I can't set it, and I burned a game and it boots and works, maybe that burner do it automatically or u can simply play the game without setting the booktype to DVD-ROM, I don't know, I got 360 benq falcon chip ixtreme 1.41

It deppends on your 360 DVD drive, If you have a BenQ or Samsung you have nothing to worry about at all. I believe only the Hitachi-LG have this problem and only some of them not all. However it is nice if your games work with all the DVD drives so try burning your next games with DVD-Rom bitsetting. It is nice if the games works when you are playing on a friends 360 and so on.
P.S look for a (Hacked)firmware update to your DVD burner. for the Pioneer there are some programs (MediaCodeSpeedEdit) so you can edit the firmware making it DVD-Rom boktype as default...
