This is bad, I have a matshita dvd-ram uj-850s DVD drive in my laptop and I've never burned DVD+R DL with it before, and I burned a 360 game and it worked fine on my 360, and the next time I burn a 360 game with it, in the middle of the burning process clonecd stopped and got a message saying my DVD drive has failed, now my DVD drive will not read any discs at all, now I'm looking for a decent external DVD burner for burning 360 games with the ability to change booktype to DVD-Rom, I got a laptop so I don't think I can install an internal DVD drive? Should I get Kreon drive?

Get a Pioneer DVD Burner, bitsetting is done automatically (as do most brands nowadays)
You don't need a Kreon unless you are actually gonnae rip the games via your pc, you can still do it with your xbox.

Most lite-on drives can have their bitsetting method changed directly in imgburn.

I for one have not run into a lite-on drive that I would actually want to own (definitely over my pioneer.)

Will the liteon drive work for burning a 360 games though?
