.nds and .rar

I have some content to put on my flashcart. Some is .nds and some is .rar. do i need to do anything with these files before putting them on my cart?:confused:

yes the rar file you need to extract the actual file from, using a program like winrar. the nds files you can just copy directly to the flashcart.
