I don't really understand the psram/nor system. would someone care to explain?
I've tried to run mario advance 1-4 with psram, but the saves always disappear. the same goes with Rayman advance. is there a less annoying tool than ez 3 in 1 tool(not ez for slot 1)? because the saving system is a major pain in the ass for me.

You should probably update to the newer GBA ExpLoader, as 3in1 Tools isn't being updated anymore.

PSRAM - volatile memory. Fast, but does not keep any info once power is turned off. Saves in PSRAM needs to be transferred to Slot 1 card if power is to be turned off.
NOR - Non 'volatile' memory. Slower, but will keep info once power is turned off. Can take several minutes to program.

GBA ExpLoader should fix a lot of problems. Here's the link to the most recent one. http://www009.upp.so-net.ne.jp/rudolph/nds/GBA_ExpLoader_057.zip

Thanks for bumping a 7-month old thread with my old post?
