99% is the same.
The rest 1% is a kind of description and doesn't affect game playing.
So...Once you can decrypt EU version of savefile using Laboko, you can encrypt it as JPN, or US version of savefile at the same principle.
The only difference between each decrypted files is filename^^.
You can change them windows explorer.

you dont have to use Laboko, there's PRX module that saves data without decription;)

It's pretty interesting.
SHADOW-XIII, can I have a link to download or even it's name?
Does it have some fuctions except preventing the game from encrypting?
I think Laboko is powerful tool because not only it provides decryption/encryption function but has its hex editor. It's one and only weak point is that it needs 1.5 kernal base. If the PRX previously stated can be runnable in new CFW, for example CWC 3.71 M-33 over, it will be the one of alternative to Laboko.

PRX file name is: deemerh.prx
News was somewhere at Qj.net
I haven't tested this one but as far as I skim news it saves decrypted data along with encrypted one (it just catches data before encryption)
anyway, here's file

I downloaded it from QJ.net forum directly.
Currently it's latest version is v.1.1.0 which is fixed some bugs.
Very easy to use and light, but most of all we don't have to hard work for finding gamekey of each game dump. In addition, it seems not to need 1.5 kernel factors.
Thanks SHADOW-XIII^^
