Xbox SNES Emulator

I downloaded an emulator for xbox but I cant get it to work. I put all the roms in the rom folder, but when I try to load them it shows that there is no roms there. Can someone help me out with this?

P.s. Its the xSnesx one I think.

you must have them in the wrong folder let me know the path on the xbox
hdd u have them in and i should be able to let u know where to put em :-)

My ROM's are located in E:/Emulators/xSnes9x_V1.42_17June2004/Roms/

This is the config.ini file:
ROMPATH=E:/Emulators/xSnes9x_V1.42_17June2004/Roms
PREVIEWPATH=d:\Previews\
MEDIAPATH=d:\Media\Music\

What is wrong here?

hmmmmmmmm interesting problem. Looking on my xbox the path is very different, to where it looks for roms. Did you make up the folder roms ?
because i did that with my 1 awhile ago and had probs. With your ver of snes in the dir snes do u have a folder called ? media ? and if so in that folder is there another called others ? and then again if so do you have a folder there called super nintendo (or something like that ) then in that folder there should be a folder called roms :-)

on my 1 its like this

E:/apps/emulators/snes/media/others/supernintendo/roms.

I didnts like that set up, but when i tried dumping the roms here

E/apps/emulators/snes/roms

For some strange reason i couldnt get it going

if that fails send me a private msg and i can give ya my msn name and can fix it up that way by sending ya a newer ver of snes emu as your 1 dated 2004 is pretty old 1

your roms need to have .smc extensions as those are type of files recognized by the snes emulator and the roms must be in the rom file with a correct rom path

there might be another type of extension but i can't remember it

try using \ instead of /

Example: ROMPATH=E:\Emulators\xSnes9x_v1.42_17June2004\Roms

Then most likely you'll have to delete that file in the tdata or udata, I can't remember where it is.

the problem is not the emulator guys, the problem is that historically, all circulating snes roms on torrents or shares are downloaded WITHOUT AN EXTENSION. add the .smc extension to any snes game and it will work

how can i reset to original configuration(eg. after changes in screen resolution)?

you'll have to find the snes emulator on your own I don't think they provide link in this forum.
