WMV TO 3GP inside the psp?

Hi,
I've downloaded a WMV video from the psp web browser but unfortunately the psp can't read WMV.
So I was wondering, is there a software that can convert WMV to 3GP inside the psp? without using the pc?
or do I have to use the pc in order to convert the video?

To the Best of my knowledge PSP does NOT use 3gp(cell phones and the like do).You need to convert it to .mp4.And,again to the best of my knowledge, there is no PSP app that Converts Video,so you'll need a pc and conversion software.

1)Not exist a software that can do that on psp.

2)Psp don't read .3gp video file.

3)Psp read only mp4 video file.
