Homebrew developer Ketchup from PSPgen has just released LE recovery for 3.90M33

Change Log:
100% functional 3.90 M33
Add the option Hide PIC0 in Game PIC1 and in the Advanced menu
Adding a menu Game
Adding a game in the Game menu: a set of coded Tristyl teasing!

Known Bugs:
It is possible to suffer freezes when using the Recovery LE.Simply restart your PSP.

this program really looks great but Im still going to use CFE over it. the reason being is, although CFE has no real interface like LE, CFE has a lot more direct shortcuts. ex: i can shutdown with note+Left, where as in LE I have to open the menu, scroll over to power, click it, then click the shutdown option. If LE added more direct shortcuts thatd be just awesome.

another thing is it doesnt enable plugins instantly, still have to reset so might as well just reset and do it in M33 recovery. just my thoughts
